4)Eventhough the other members of the Quartet-EU,Israel and US are disagreeing on the increasing Russian infleunce in the middle east,they look forward for a good outcome from the talks.
5)By these talks Russia hopes to increase its business with the Muslim world and solve the Chechnyan problem.
6)Russian support to the Makkah agreement brokered between the Hamas and Fatah by the Saudi king is to be highlighted.
